US-based Citizens Financial Group has made the Zelle service available for small business customers through its mobile banking app.
Following this launch, small business customers will be able to pay and get paid using Zelle directly from the Citizens mobile banking app. According to finance.yahoo.com, Zelle can help businesses to improve their cash flow by enabling payments directly to their customer’s eligible Citizens Business Checking accounts. Sorting and transporting cash and checks is also reduced, as Zelle keeps a record of all payments received.
